When you contact Select Pembs through this website, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, follow up the specific request you made. We do not add you to a general marketing list through the enquiry form.

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, selected service, message and any optional company, telephone and website details are sent over an encrypted connection to the existing Select Pembs contact service hosted on Supabase. The service handles the enquiry and its email notification. Your entered details remain on the page after submission or an error; this form does not save them in browser storage. Hosting and email services may also process technical request information.

If your enquiry does not lead to work, we delete the enquiry and its personal information within 12 months of receiving it. This period allows us to respond to your request and make relevant follow-up contact about that enquiry. We do not keep an unsuccessful enquiry longer simply to continue following it up, and we may delete it sooner when it is no longer needed. If an enquiry becomes a client project, the records needed for that work are handled separately from unsuccessful enquiries.

You can ask us to stop following up an enquiry, or ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, by emailing contact@selectpembs.co.uk. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.

This notice covers the confirmed website enquiry process and retention policy. The complete business privacy notice is still under review: the legal identity of the responsible controller, provider arrangements, international transfers, legal basis and full procedure for exercising data rights remain to be confirmed.
